Aesthetic medicine

Longevity is not only about lifespan, but also about how well and healthily we age. Skin is an organ, and its condition reflects processes throughout the body.

Our aim is not to change your face, but to support skin quality over the long term and preserve a natural, healthy and fresh appearance at every age.

Modern aesthetic medicine is therefore part of our comprehensive care for skin, its regeneration, hydration, elasticity and natural appearance.

Who the treatments are suitable for

Treatments are suitable for clients addressing:

  • loss of skin hydration, firmness and elasticity
  • fine lines, sagging skin and a tired appearance
  • dark circles under the eyes
  • hair loss and thinning, including androgenetic alopecia
  • acne scars, stretch marks and uneven skin texture
  • loss of volume and changes in facial contours
  • the need for preventive care for skin quality

Treatments

Exosome treatment: EXOMAS

A system that extracts exosomes (tiny cellular vesicles carrying signalling substances between cells) from your own blood and applies them with platelet-rich plasma. As it uses your own biological material, the risk of allergic reaction is eliminated. Average vesicle size 116 nm, 98 % vesicles, viability up to 99 %. Includes 1× LED therapy and 1× Skin & Hair Boost IV infusion.

on request

PRP plasma therapy: T-LAB

Concentrated platelet-rich plasma, a reservoir of growth factors. Used for rejuvenation of the face, neck and décolletage, dark circles under the eyes, hair loss, and treatment of scars and stretch marks. Includes 1× LED therapy.

on request

Botulinum toxin (Botox)

Reduction of expression lines and softening of signs of ageing while preserving natural facial expression. Effects develop gradually over several days and usually last several months.

on request

Profhilo: hydration and biorevitalisation

A treatment with a high concentration of hyaluronic acid that intensely hydrates the skin and supports firmness and elasticity. It is not a filler that changes volume or contours. The aim is skin quality. Face, neck, décolletage and other areas as indicated.

on request

Fillers: Juvéderm

Hyaluronic acid from the Juvéderm range (Volbella, Volift, Voluma, Volite, Volux) for individual correction of facial volume, contours and proportions. It is gradually broken down in the body.

on request

Polynucleotides

Regenerative substances that support an environment conducive to skin renewal. They help improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality. Their focus is skin regeneration over time rather than immediate wrinkle smoothing.

on request

Mesotherapy

A minimally invasive treatment that introduces selected active ingredients into the superficial layers of the skin according to its individual needs.

on request

BioRePeel

A chemical peel with a biorevitalising effect that supports skin renewal without conventional mechanical peeling. It improves texture, radiance, pigmentation and skin evenness.

on request

Face Fit and beauty treatments

Face Fit combines manual techniques focused on contours, releasing tension and a fresher appearance. Beauty treatments and skin revitalisation focus on cleansing, hydration, nourishment and maintaining the skin barrier.

Why aesthetic medicine at a longevity clinic?

With hair loss, declining skin quality or slower regeneration, it makes sense to investigate metabolic and hormonal causes too. Aesthetic treatment then follows diagnostics, not the other way around.

Contraindications and precautions

Therapy is unsuitable or requires prior consultation in the following cases:

  • the doctor assesses suitability, treatment area and quantity at the pre-treatment consultation
  • as with any procedure, risks exist, from temporary swelling and bruising to rare complications
  • PRP results for hair loss depend on the stage and cause, so treatment is preceded by an assessment

Before your examination

For a smooth examination and the most accurate results, we recommend:

  • have a consultation with a doctor before your first treatment
  • report chronic conditions, allergies and medication
  • mention previous aesthetic procedures in the treatment area
  • for facial treatments, arrive with clean skin and no make-up
  • report pregnancy or the possibility of pregnancy

Why aesthetic medicine at a longevity clinic?

Longevity is not only about lifespan, but also how well we age. Skin is an organ, and its condition reflects processes throughout the body. Our aim is not to change your face, but to support skin quality over the long term and preserve a natural appearance.

Which procedures do you offer?

EXOMAS exosome treatment, T-LAB PRP plasma therapy, botulinum toxin, Profhilo biorevitalisation, Juvéderm hyaluronic acid fillers, polynucleotides, mesotherapy, BioRePeel chemical peeling and beauty treatments focused on skin hydration and regeneration.

What are exosomes and how do they work?

Exosomes are tiny cellular vesicles that carry signalling substances between cells. The EXOMAS system extracts them from your own blood and applies them with platelet-rich plasma. As it uses your own biological material, the risk of allergic reaction is eliminated.

What is the difference between PRP and exosomes?

PRP is concentrated platelet-rich plasma, a reservoir of growth factors. Exosome treatment adds the exosomes themselves, cellular signal carriers. Both procedures use your own biological material but differ in which component they use.

Can PRP help with hair loss?

PRP is used for androgenetic alopecia and thinning hair. The aim is to stimulate dormant hair follicles and strengthen existing ones. Results depend on the stage and cause of hair loss, so treatment is preceded by an assessment. With hair loss, it also makes sense to investigate metabolic and hormonal causes.

What is Profhilo?

Profhilo is a treatment with a high concentration of hyaluronic acid that intensely hydrates the skin and supports firmness and elasticity. It is not a filler that changes volume or contours. The aim is skin quality. It is applied to the face, neck, décolletage and other areas as indicated.

What are polynucleotides?

Polynucleotides are regenerative substances that support an environment conducive to skin renewal. They help improve hydration, elasticity and overall skin quality. Unlike fillers, they focus on skin regeneration over time rather than immediate wrinkle smoothing.

How long does the effect of botulinum toxin last?

The effect develops gradually over several days and usually lasts several months, depending on the area, dose and metabolism. Regular preventive application may slow the deepening of expression lines. Treatment aims to preserve natural facial expression.

Are fillers safe?

We use hyaluronic acid from the Juvéderm range, which is gradually broken down in the body. As with any procedure, there are risks, from temporary swelling and bruising to rare complications. The doctor assesses suitability, treatment area and quantity at the pre-treatment consultation.
